Our resort features two exceptional villa buildings: the Yellow Villa with 4 spacious bedrooms and the White Villa with 5 generously sized bedrooms. Both villas offer an ideal retreat for families or anyone seeking a peaceful and serene environment. Designed with comfort and tranquility in mind, they boast expansive windows that provide breathtaking views of the ponds, complete with a picturesque bridge and geese gliding through the water.

Terms of stay

Booking cancellation	All cancellations should be received in writings.
Check-in and Check-out	Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Age Requirement	Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a villa. The property may require guests to provide a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
Maximum Occupancy	The maximum number of guests allowed in a villa is determined by the property and specified in the reservation. Additional guests may be allowed upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Noise Policy	Guests are required to keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Loud parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Smoking Policy	Smoking is not allowed inside the villa or any other enclosed areas. Guests may smoke outside, but they must dispose of cigarette butts in the designated ashtrays.
Pet Policy	Pets are not allowed in the villa, except for service animals. Guests with service animals must notify the property in advance.
Damage Deposit	A damage deposit may be required upon check-in, and it will be refunded upon check-out after the property has inspected the villa for damages. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest's credit card.
Housekeeping	Daily housekeeping services are not provided. However, the property may offer cleaning services upon request, subject to additional fees.
Liability	The property is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by guests during their stay, including personal injury or loss of property. Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Acknowledgment	By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and understood the villa property policies and agree to abide by them.

Сancellation policy

Cancellation Period
Guests must notify the property of their cancellation at least 72 hours before the check-in time to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees
If guests cancel within 72 hours of check-in, a cancellation fee equal to the first night's stay will be charged. If guests do not show up and do not cancel, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Refunds
If guests cancel within the cancellation period, the property will refund any deposit paid. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions
In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather conditions or serious illness), the property may waive the cancellation fee or offer a full refund. The property reserves the right to make these decisions on a case-by-case basis.

Group Bookings
For group bookings, the cancellation policy may differ from the standard policy. The property will notify the group organizer of any additional terms and conditions.

Non-Refundable Reservations
Some reservations may be non-refundable, and guests will be notified of this at the time of booking. In these cases, no refund will be provided, even if guests cancel within the cancellation period.

Modification
Guests may modify their reservation within the cancellation period without any additional charge. However, any changes made after this period may result in additional fees.

Communication
All cancellations must be communicated directly to the property via email or phone. Cancellations made through third-party websites or booking agents will not be accepted.

No-Show
If guests do not show up on the scheduled date of arrival without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Acknowledgment
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and understood the cancellation policy and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
